How the QR code menu works

01
QR where the guest is

Menu

Umbrella, table, counter or the banner out front: every spot has its QR. The guest opens the menu in the browser, in Portuguese, English or Spanish, with photos and prices.

02
Payment

Pix and card

Instant Pix or card. Paying online the guest gets a discount and the business receives an already paid order. Those who prefer open a day tab and settle at the end, tip included. Alcohol asks for date of birth and a photo ID at delivery.

03
Operation

Table, counter and delivery

The order rings in the kitchen. Preparing, ready, serving or delivering. Restaurants take table bookings and answer from their own WhatsApp; on the sand the runner opens the map to the spot and confirms with the guest QR.

04
Closing

Today, one screen

Sold, pending payout, low stock, open tabs, today's bookings and the legal tip split, with the month's payroll file ready for the accountant.

Frequently asked questions about beach QR menus

How much does the digital menu for a beach stand cost?

Na Praia Club costs R$ 187 per month, with 14 days free and then a 12 month commitment. The plan includes the QR menu, orders, Pix and card payment, delivery on the sand, bookings and the daily closing, with unlimited umbrellas, tables and staff.

Does the guest need to download an app?

No. The guest points the camera at the QR on the umbrella, table or counter and the menu opens in the phone browser, in Portuguese, English or Spanish. They order and pay right there, with no sign up and nothing to install.

How does Pix money reach my account?

Direct Pix goes straight to the business account, with no Na Praia Club fee. Orders paid online by Pix or card carry an 8 percent fee paid by the guest, who still pays less than the menu price thanks to the prepayment discount.

Does it work for delivery on the sand?

Yes. Every umbrella has its own QR with a saved position. The order rings in the kitchen, the runner opens the map to the spot and confirms delivery by scanning the guest QR. The guest follows the status on their own phone.

Can I sell beer and alcohol through the digital menu?

Yes. Alcohol items ask for a date of birth at checkout and the runner checks a photo ID at delivery, as Brazilian child protection law requires. Without the ID the sale is refused and the amount is refunded automatically.

How are tips split?

The tip belongs to the team, as Lei 13.419/2017 requires. The system keeps only labour charges within the legal cap, splits the rest every day, shows each person their share and builds the monthly payroll file for the accountant.
